  1. They’re most useful for high end itineraries and hotels/ access to benefits networks such as Virtoso or Signature, and for high-end chain amenities programs such. They’re best for finding high end hotels that are not affiliated with chains and for arranging exclusive luxury itineraries. Worth every penny.

  2. Second that they are fantastic for luxury itineraries. They’re also particularly useful for IROPS. With airline hold times exceeding 8 hours sometimes, having someone who knows the ins and outs can prove incredibly valuable.
