I’m loving having more help. It frees me up to focus on things that I’ve been ignoring, like website forms.

  1. Dear Cranky:

Love your website and the info you provide. Keep it up!

One question: I’m planning a trip to London in May on Virgin Atlantic. The flights I’m interested in are all 747-400s, which according to Seat Guru are all configured differently. This makes it hard to select seats if the reservation website won’t say which version is on which flight. Is there any way other than calling VA directly to find which version is being used on which flight?

    Thanks for any help.

    BK

    1. That is a tough one, Bernard. You can try to look at the seat map with Virgin Atlantic and then try to match it up. SeatExpert might also work better for you since they seem to differentiate a little more between the configurations.
