Miscellaneous

If you’re wondering where my CNN column has gone, it hasn’t disappeared. I’m just going to be writing a little less frequently. The next one will go up on Monday, and as always, will be linked to from here. I’m also hoping to have something new to report in the next two weeks.

  1. Did the hotel think you were just going to hop in a car, head south to the border and drive to Cancun? Don’t think many people would do that from the states so they should cut you some slack.

  2. Glad my wedding could help you realize how much it sucks for your clients when they’re going through something similar. But I really wish you and your family could have made it.

Hope it all worked out in the end.

    1. Yeah, we felt really bad about not being able to get there for you guys. I hope everything went well and that you had a great time.

      1. We lost about 1/4 of the guests, but we still had almost 75. So it was a good party. Beautiful weather save for Thursday night when Rina hit as a tropical storm. We still had a blast. We’ll have to celebrate with you and your folks soon.

        1. Only losing a quarter is a pretty good feat considering all the flights that ended up canceling. I know that US Airways ended up canceling everything on Weds and Thursday while some airlines (AA) even went into Friday.

We will have to celebrate soon. Congrats!
