Attention Denverites – I know you’re out there. I’ll be heading to your town two weeks from today (March 18) to participate in a panel at the State of DIA (yes, that’s Denver International Airport) 2010. The program begins at noon, and you know you want to be there. Since you’ll be calling in sick with your St-Paddy’s Day related hangover anyway, stumble out of bed and come listen to us talk about the future of DIA. Sign up here. The full invite is below. I hope to see some of you there!

I know you said you were flying United since they were now going to pay for the ticket, but did you ever say who you would have taken if you were paying for it?
I know I said UA, but I think that WN was winning with most people. I don’t think you were going on a narrowbody one direction and widebody the other to give a trip report on how they handle the two different size aircraft.

Whatever happened to their state-of-the-art baggage handling system? Do the tracks still exist? Do they use it at all?

Without going back to look, I think I was going to do United one way and Frontier the other. But now it’s all-UA for me.

That thing is toast. It hasn’t been used in a long time – not sure if there are still blood and guts buried in the belly of the beast.

I’ll be there. Needed a day off from the grind and this fits the bill for me. Flying as often as I do out of DIA it will be interesting to see what is going on both now and in the future out there.
Please let them keep the blue horse.. I love it because it creeps people out!
