  1. Perhaps it’s a coincidence, but between this and PDX-MCO, it seems like Sun Country sees a lot of potential in the Pacific Northwest in spire of the competitive buildup pver the past few years.

  2. Ben Brookman recently departed Alaska Airlines. At AS he was Director, Network Planning and now serves as Director, Planning & Revenue Management at Sun Country. This may or may not have anything to do with this add.

  3. The interesting thing about ANC-SEA is that it is almost a million passengers a year. To put that into perspective, the tenth busiest domestic route out of LAX is less than that and the fourth busiest domestic route at JFK is less than that.. So there is room on that route depending on the business model.

  4. Sun Country has been serving MSP-SEA-ANC-SEA-MSP for eons. Clear back to the 90’s when I worked there. Clearly capturing the seasonal buck.
