Sounds like WN is trying to get away from the Greyhound type bus passengers that started flying them decades ago, and now trying to trick the high priced business traveler into believing they are now like UA/AA/DL.
In the Trenches:
So Brett how far down the line do you see your business having ‘open’ 24/7?
David – I don’t know that I do see the business going 24 hours for regular planning help. I mean, we could expand into weekends and that might be a next helpful step. But unless we grow internationally, there isn’t enough demand at night to bother. (Of course, I’m just talking about helping with planning. When people are traveling, we are 24/7 already.)
Agree UA FF lawsuit is absurd; it would only open up the door to more ridiculous complaints.
