Interesting report. TRB does good work. Any report coming from a project with a Brett Snyder serving as a panelist is worth checking out.

“Social media,” of course, can easily lose me. I am of the age where I can more easily relate to another recent TRB report–“Impacts of Aging Travelers on Airports.” To each his or her own, i guess!

JayB – Yeah, we really wanted to take this report into a place where you could start quantifying the value, at least for some uses. We couldn’t quite push it to the point where I wanted since so many airports use it just because they think there’s value. But I suppose that says something in itself.
