Topic of the Week: The Cranky Family Grows Again

Admin

I’m excited to announce that yesterday, Molly joined the Cranky family. She weighed in at 7 lbs 3 oz (for those who keep track of those kind of things), and she was 19 1/4 inches long. Everyone is doing well.

  1. Congratulations Brett! Like us you now have an older brother that can keep an eye on his little sister which is a good thing. That is going to be my first line of defense in high school…

  2. Congratulations! You guys aren’t messing around. I’ve had #1 for much longer than you (mine is 4) and am still two months away from #2 joining our family. Looking forward to some tips for traveling with two little ones!

  3. Congratulations and best wishes between now and 2031 when she finishes high school. That sounds like a long way down the road but it will fly by for mom and dad. You will have, I pray, lots of wonderful experiences between now and then. Good luck and enjoy.

  4. Congrats Brett! I had a son arrive yesterday, so I will be going through the same craziness for the next few months. There’s nothing quite like meeting a new member of your family. Enjoy it!

  5. Again – Congratulations to the Cranky family! She is going to definitely wrap daddy around her little finger! Congratulations as well to Atticus for being the big brother – a very important job for your little man!

  6. Congrats! It would be an awesome loyalty program perk for an airline to give newborns 10k miles as a welcome to the world! maybe an additional 15k if you make the middle name is Delta, united, southwest, etc.

  7. Congrats, Cranky! May your wife have ten more little girls very soon, then you can fill up a first class section with just you and your immediate family.

Seriously, may you be able to take off six weeks for paternity leave and come back to work with everything functioning smoothly.

  8. Congratulations Brett – to you and all the family! By the way that’s a great weight Molly ( I was exactly the same once upon a time :-) )

  9. Congrats Cranky. Glad to see everyone is doing well. While we will all miss your blog, don’t rush back. Enjoy this time with your family! :)
