Southwest is not the low cost darling it use to be. Sure they have great customer service but their prices have slowly been going up. But I still feel that the first two free checked bags is generous. If that goes away I would still stick with them…..with my ears open for better fares elsewhere. Happy Holidays everyone.
Business hours:
Put your hours on your email signature lines, that is important and if something happens you can always say the hours are on the email, if the customer doesn’t read it, that’s their problem. Never leave it open so they can say “You never told me”
Have a wonderful holiday, no matter which one(s) you celebrate.
