Brett, you say that PS Business is changing on United, but you don’t say how. Do you have a link to any info on this?
Unless something has changed, p.s. will go to a more traditional international-style product with a flat bed up front and then coach/Economy Plus in the back.
At least UA is using First and Business in the names. Airlines that use some made up name to call their cabins is dumb since only they know what it means. Normal people know First, Business, Coach/Economy and not what Emerald, Orchid, Cow Pie or whatever name an airline comes up with.
I flew Cow Pie on Aeroflot once….
