We dorks have been waiting for this one for awhile. While US Airways had been painting Airbuses in the new colors like crazy, they had yet to paint a single 737 . . . until now.
Jay Selman captured a couple of shots of an America West 737 (registration: N157AW) rolling out of the paint shop in Miami. You can see the shots here and here.
I’d say it looks really nice, and I look forward to seeing some more shots soon.

Damn–for a second there I was about to cancel and rebook all my flights on US Air.
By the way, I have a solution for your foul mood, Cranky Flier: join the Mile High Club. I’m sure the minute or two of nirvana that you’ll enjoy will not just relieve pressure, but provide you with a bridge between your days on the ground. Trust me, it works.
