I saw the poor LOT bird parked out in a corner at ORD on Wednesday. It looked so sad just sitting there.

A Southwest CEO recently said “never say never” when questioned about
bag fees in the future with “no plans to do so in 2013″. The early boarding
fee may be a step in trying to raise additional revenue without hurting their
reputation over having to charge for bag fees.

  3. I’ve read a lot lately on the 787 Dreamliner and how it’s going to “determine the fate of Boeings Brand,” which I really don’t see how it could affect them. The battery was chinese, Lithium Ions are prone to heating… I’m interested to see what’s going to happen. Southwests early boarding fee though… it’s a convenience charge for those that are impatient!
