It was only a couple short months ago that the 2025 Cranky Network Awards presented by Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport were held, but to me, it feels like just yesterday when I was rocking that sweet, sweet facial hair.
If you weren’t there, we now have a 16+ minute wrap-up video that shows you all the awards, some of the speeches, and yes, a zinger or two in there. (The Southwest acceptance speech for its Network Victory Award for Austin was perhaps my favorite.)
And now that this is done, it’s time to turn our gaze toward the 2026 Cranky Network Awards. That’s right, we are back in Phoenix once again, but we have moved the date up one week for next year to February 19.

After a successful first run this year, the Cranky Confab will again take place the afternoon right before the awards. We will gather and talk through a couple of different hot topics. (This year was US-Mexico service along with an aircraft manufacturers’ panel.)
The following morning, February 20, will as always be the Forecast Breakfast presented by Tampa International Airport featuring Courtney Miller’s analysis from Visual Approach.
Invitations will come much later, but you probably know if you’ll be on the list, so mark your calendars now! If you have any questions, just email us at cna@crankyflier.com. Or if you’d like to discuss a sponsorship, we’re at cna-sponsor@crankyflier.com.
