    Hey cranky the article about taking responsibility sounded like a very humbling experience but I am happy everything worked out. Not only does the article maybe give a little insite about how companies might change the way the deal with customers but also how we as individuals deal with each other on a daily basis. With customer service like you have demonstrated I know you and your company will continue to grow and be successful.
