The Cranky Network Awards are Coming

Admin

With the growth of Skeds of air Lines and Cranky Network Weekly, I’ve begun paying far closer attention to weekly schedule changes than ever before. And now, as a natural outgrowth of that, Courtney Miller from Visual Approach Analytics and I are excited to announce the first annual Cranky Network Awards are coming to YouTube on March 24 at 5pm PT/8pm ET!

The Crankies are designed to recognize those in network planning and alliances for the (mostly) good work that they do. This year’s ceremony will be all virtual, and we are going to air the event on March 24 at 5pm PT/8pm ET as a YouTube Premiere. It will be available for replay after. To get you excited, we have a little video to help create that all-important awards show buzz.

We’ll be releasing the categories and nominees over the next couple of weeks, so keep an eye on this Wednesday spot for more information. We’ll also release the link for the broadcast when we have it.

For now, mark your calendars for March 24 and be ready to join us for a live chat during the ceremony. (Since it’s pre-recorded, we can actually chat with you.) And then, next year… the goal is to do it in person in Southern California along with our presenting sponsor, Ontario International Airport.

We hope you can join us!

  1. Cranky,

I must ask whose idea this was… it’s hysterical & with a little Hollywood flare to boot. Will be watching for sure. And remember it’s an honor just to be nominated.

    1. SEAN – It was my idea! We’ll see how it all comes together. This year’s should be a lot of fun, but doing it in person next year would be the best.

    1. DesertGhost – See, that would be fun, but the problem is, nobody would ever want to accept those awards! Gotta make it a positive show… mostly.
