  1. Couldn’t the majors break their promise and charge for carry-on bin fees on their lowest fares at least. Like the rock bottom plan DL is trying out of Detroit to Florida.

    1. Yeah, they could break their promises, but if they want to curry favor in NYC, then they might find that the state isn’t as willing to help as it has in the past. It should be a big consideration.

  2. Small business hours are usually set by the local market, but since you are trying to serve customers located anywhere it will be hard until you get hourly workers who work shifts around the clock.

    But there are some international airlines with offices on the east coast that close before their flights depart from the west coast. Some may even close 6pm ET when people/businesses are still doing business in the west at that time.
