  1. Frankfurt seems to be the first Europe city to get service back for some of these carriers. How did FRA get to be so popular for 787 service?

    1. David – I think the reason is that Frankfurt is an important business market but it has relatively thin demand (especially for non-Star Alliance carriers). So this is a market that people really want to serve for their best customers, but the airlines don’t want to put a ton of seats into it. So the 787 works well.

  2. My company switched our actual desk top phone and talk about a piece of garbage. You have to push more buttons to do the same things we could do on the old phone. They gave a very poor instruction manual and nothing for how to use the voicemail system.

    Chose wisely and check out every single thing on the the system before deciding on which to use.
