  1. Great advice about doing nothing at all. During superstorm Sandy, some people at my office had to fly to a meeting in the northeast. The meeting was canceled well before the flights were… at which point there was no reason to make the trip at all, but my co-workers had to resist the urge to cancel the flights and wait till the airline canceled them in order to get the refund.

    1. David – Not really. I don’t have any family members with a lot of spare time these days. (Or at least, none who would do ad sales.)
