  1. I posted a reply to this, pushing your kind of service on the CNtravel site. I’m not sure it went through. In short, excellent advice. My additions are:
    Fly as early as possible and when appropriate, employ a travel assistant suck as Cranky. Perhaps dull at times, but cheap insurance when schedules, weather etc. go to hell. That background assistant WILL cover you and find solutions, often before you even know that problems exist. I also stressed being loyal to an assistant. I use a different one (sorry), but they have done very well for me in recent years. If I ever have to make a change, I’ll come to Cranky. -C.
