Security Rukes

United 918 IAD to LHR Wednesday Jan 6

Chanel 9, Map of route showing location of plane, speed, time of arrival and altitude was not working. This was an outbouind flight from US to UK so withholding info from passengers is working both ways. Flight attendent advised that reason for no show was terrorist activity but there were no terrorists on board !

Re: Southwest's moves in Denver... Just a FYI that according to a promo e-mail I received from them tonight, Frontier is essentially matching the offer. The e-mail is titled "Feel The Love From Frontier" and the offer is fly round trip from any Colorado airport Frontier serves on the "Classic Plus" ticket level by March 5 and get 25,000 bonus frequent flier miles.

Nice to see Frontier staying aggressive. And yes, good times to have DEN as my home airport. :D
