Southwest HQ is quite the place! I'm glad you got to take the tour. I worked there over the summer a few years back and it was an incredible experience. I ran into Herb in the hallway one day, and am glad I got the opportunity to say hi. Keep up the good work!

Cranky,
It was great that you could attend, and we enjoyed showing you and Mark and Chris around. I wished that I could have observed your stick and rudder prowess in the sim.

Wow, this looks like Southwest did an excellent job for the contest winners. It's great that you got quality time to chat with Herb and Colleen. Thanks for reporting.

"Very slick, and, well, none of us crashed."

Maybe it is a reflection on my upbringing, but if I ever had the chance to fly a simulator, I would be very disappointed if I didn't crash.
