In 2010 Alitalia hasn’t improved. Cabin crews are rude. Planes aren’t all that clean. They’re outrageously expensive. About all I can say is that they are safe. When was the last time you heard of an incident involving Alitalia.

Oh, it’s a real pity! Alitalia was, once upon a time, one of the best airlines in the world…
Alitalia has still the best pilots and a long tradition of leading airline. Actually Alitalia has the possibility to be one of the leading airlines, but unfortunately trade unions and governments have fasten it to the failure.
