		<description>Wow. That post brought back memories of flying Delta as a kid during the mid 1970&#039;s.   They had DC-9-10 service from Indy to Memphis, complete with &quot;hot snack&quot; service (that MEM hub hasn&#039;t changed much!)   They used small stickers that would affix to boarding passes to assign seats.  I can still remember the orange/yellow/red seats on the DC-9.  And a smoking section inside the aircraft.  The fumes did wonders for my childhood asthma!

The new livery is OK, seems like they are trying to go a little &#039;retro&#039; to capture some of the spirit of the good ol&#039; days.  

Now.. if they could only replace those tacky, royal blue pleather seats they recently installed a couple years ago.</description>

		<description>What is with all the color changes? I actually really liked all three of the previous designs, just not this newest one. Yuck!

Nevertheless, I do agree that this whole redesigning ordeal is meant to shift focus away from serious problems with the airline.</description>
