Free Internet in the Sky Through Year-End

Boeing, Technology

In the past, I’ve discussed how Boeing had decided to shut down it’s Connexion in-flight internet service, but I didn’t mention that while they’re winding it down, it’s completely free to you.

Their website has an FAQ on this subject, but basically they’ll be shutting it down at the end of the year. Until that time, you can access it for free on any airplane that has it. That means you’ll find free internet on many long haul flights for Lufthansa, SAS, Singapore, ANA, and more. No US airlines subscribe to the service.
